Students who have attended Illinois State University often need to submit an official transcript (record of University courses taken and the grades received) to potential employers, and/or other universities for the purpose of transfer or application to Graduate School. The Office of the University Registrar is responsible for filling transcript requests and will make every attempt to process these requests within three working days.
