Pursuant to 5 ILCS 420/4A-101, some employees of Illinois State University may be required to file, on an annual basis, statements of economic interest with the Secretary of State's Office. Those employees required to file a statement of economic interest will be notified by the Secretary of State Index Department. The statement must be completed and signed by the employee, and reviewed by the General Counsel (Ethics Officer for the University) prior to being submitted. The form will then be returned to the employee for filing with the Secretary of State Index Department.
